Fergus Abercrombie owns a fruit processing plant in the UK. His existing fruit grading equipment had been in use for a long time, and its grading speed could no longer meet his current production needs. After receiving the deposit, Foodline began production of the two fruit and vegetable grader machines. Once production was complete, Fergus paid the remaining 50% balance. Two machines were then delivered to his fruit processing plant as planned.

Foodline provided an electronic operating manual covering machine operation, cleaning, and routine maintenance. Fergus and his workers could refer to the manual during machine installation and daily use.

After using the new fruit and vegetable grading machine, Fergus found several improvements in his daily fruit processing work:
