Main Production Flow
Step1: Crushing
Corn, wheat, rice, soybean meal, meat meal, fish meal, and other materials enter a crusher/grinder, which crushes large particles into fine powder.
Step2: Mixing
The mixer blends all powdered materials evenly according to the formula ratio.
Step3: Extrusion
Extrusion is the core stage in the pet food extrusion line.
Mixed raw materials enter the twin-screw extruder. High temperature and high pressure inside the machine cook materials thoroughly. Materials pass through custom dies to form various pellet shapes. A cutting device trims pellets into fixed lengths in real time.

Step4: Drying
Fresh pellets contain high moisture after extrusion. The dryer reduces water content through electric heating, steam heating, or gas heating.

Step6: Cooling
