This yogurt production line turns fresh milk into finished yogurt in one automated flow: from pasteurization and homogenization to fermentation and filling. It can produce set, stirred, drinking, and Greek yogurt.
Our yogurt making equipment is available in capacities from 200L to 10T per batch for commercial and industrial yogurt production. The layout can be customized to suit your facility conditions, production capacity, and budget.
So, what kind of yogurt do you want to make, and how many liters do you need per batch? Tell us, and we will prepare a suitable plan for you.
Foodline Yogurt Production Line for Sale
Our yogurt processing line is a complete set of equipment for processing milk, making yogurt, and finishing the filling and packing. It connects raw milk handling, pasteurization, homogenization, fermentation, cooling, and filling in one flow. It fits dairy processing plants, yogurt factories, dairy companies, and food factories that plan to start yogurt production.
Foodline manufactures yogurt making machine lines in various specifications to meet your facility’s needs. We primarily produce 500L/batch to 10t/batch equipment. We also offer 200L/batch to 500L/batch equipment for smaller facilities.
Our yogurt production lines support the production of various product types, such as:
- Set Yogurt: Fermented directly in the final packaging cup; the finished product retains a solid, set structure.
- Stirred Yogurt: Fermented in a tank, then stirred, cooled, and filled; allows for the addition of fruit jam or fruit pieces.
- Drinking Yogurt: Thin and easy to drink; typically packaged in bottles or pouches.
- Greek Yogurt/Strained Yogurt: Goes through an extra straining step for a thicker texture and higher protein.

Different products require different processing workflows and equipment configurations. Therefore, please specify your product type, and we will match you with the appropriate yogurt production line equipment.

Main Machines in Our Yogurt Manufacturing Line
- Cooling/Storage Tank — Stores and cools fresh milk prior to processing
- Filter — Removes impurities from raw milk
- Preheating Tank — Heats milk before homogenization
- Homogenizer — Breaks down fat globules for a smooth, creamy texture
- Pasteurization Tank — Heats milk to eliminate harmful bacteria
- Fermentation Tank — Maintains set temperatures to ferment milk into yogurt
- Filling Machine — Fills finished yogurt into cups, bottles, or pouches
- CIP Cleaning System — Automatically cleans pipelines and tanks
NOTE:
- The cooling tank has a vertical or a horizontal type. Below 500L uses the vertical type, above 1000L uses the horizontal type.
- Three filter types are available: single pipeline filter, double pipeline filter, and vertical duplex filter.
- The fermentation tank uses a touch screen for timing control. Other machines use button panels.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Is the production process fixed?
No. We design the yogurt production line based on your budget, workshop size, and production volume. If your budget is tight, you can use a combined machine that cools, pasteurizes, and ferments in one tank.
Q2: Can the control panel display my language?
Yes. We will send you the text from the touchscreen for translation into your target language, and then we will input it into the system. This helps minimize translation errors.
Q3: How are the pieces of equipment connected?
Product is transferred between units via piping and pumps.
Q4: How long does fermentation take?
Fermentation takes about 8 hours, and the earlier steps take about 2 hours. A 500-liter fermentation tank yields 500 liters of yogurt per production cycle. If you require higher output, you can use more fermentation tanks.

How to Choose the Right Yogurt Production Equipment
Please provide the following information so we can quickly prepare a suitable yogurt production line proposal for you:
- What is your final product? (e.g., set yogurt, drinking yogurt, Greek yogurt, almond yogurt, cheese, fresh milk, or other products)
- What raw materials do you use? (e.g., fresh milk, raw milk, or milk powder)
- What is your daily processing capacity per day or per batch (in liters)?
- Are you purchasing equipment for your own factory, or acting as a distributor or purchasing agent?
- Do you have your own factory facility? What is the floor area?
- What type of packaging do you require? (e.g., cups, bottles, pouches, or other containers)
- What is the local voltage and frequency?
- Do you have any other requirements?
The more detailed the information you provide, the faster we can prepare a proposal and quotation for you.
