French Customer Visited Foodline and Ordered Cat Food Vending Machine
Anaya found Foodline’s vending machines on Alibaba. She asked whether we could ship to France. Our Alibaba online service team forwarded her inquiry to our sales manager.
The sales manager contacted Anaya via WhatsApp. Anaya told she was negotiating with two communities and wanted to place several cat food vending units. The manager asked about her specific needs and sent pictures and videos of our machines.
Anaya shared the addresses and asked for prices and shipping costs. Our sales manager provided the quotation. Anaya said she needed a few days to finalize discussions with the communities.
Four days later, Anaya informed the sales manager that both communities had agreed to cooperate. She decided to buy six vending machines for cat food: three for each community. She expressed a wish to visit China and see the machines in our factory.
One week later, Anaya came to our factory. She inspected the machines and tested them on site. She was pleased with the machines, and signed a contract for six units.
