This South Korean client operates a potato processing line and planned to upgrade some of their equipment. Due to the massive output, conventional brush roller peeling machines could no longer meet their needs, so the client inquired about our steam peelers.
During the initial consultation, our sales manager learned that the client required high processing capacity. After confirming the required capacity, our sales manager recommended the 3-5t/h potato steam peeler, and provided specifications and operational videos.
The sales manager briefly explained the steam peeling’s operating principle: it uses high-temperature steam to soften the potato skin, weakening the bond between the skin and the flesh, and then causes the skin to peel off through rapid pressure relief.
