Core Machine – Auger Powder Filling Machine
The auger powder filling equipment is the most critical core component of the entire production line. It is responsible for precisely controlling the weight of the powder dispensed into each individual container.
Working Principle:
A motor drives a spiral rod (known as an “auger”) to rotate. The auger pushes the powder downward, dispensing it into bottles, jars, or bags. Once the filling weight reaches the pre-set target value, the machine automatically stops the filling process.
