On January 30, 2026, a Russian client visited Foodline to inspect our sushi production line and discuss potential future cooperation. The client initially contacted us via the MIC platform and expressed strong interest in our sushi production equipment. Following preliminary discussions, the client requested an on-site visit to witness the equipment in actual operation.

Russian Client Visited Foodline to Inspect Sushi Production Line and Discuss Partnership

On January 30, 2026, the Russian client came to our factory for his comprehensive inspection of the sushi processing line. Our sales team, the Poxiao Team, greeted the client at the entrance. They hosted the visit and accompanied the client throughout the tour. Our product manager provided detailed explanations at every stage.

Arrival and Initial Overview

The client was first given a brief introduction to the plant layout and the structure of the sushi making line. Our product manager explained the main workflow from raw rice handling to final sushi cutting. During this session, the client raised several questions, especially about the daily production capacity and equipment layout suitable for limited workshop space.

On-Site Sushi Production Line Demonstration

The client then went to the production area to inspect the running machines. He saw sushi rice sheeting machines, filling feeding machines, sushi rolling machines, and sushi cutting machines. Our technical team demonstrated the entire sushi production process.

The client observed each step in real-time:

Rice forming with stable portion control
Filling feeding into the rice base
Rolling and shaping process
Cutting into equal sushi pieces
Conveyor transfer between each station

During the demonstration, the client examined the sushi making equipment. He carefully checked product dimensions, shapes, and production speeds. He sampled finished products from the output tray and checked texture and consistency.

On-Site Technical Discussion

After observing the live operation, the client had a detailed discussion with our engineers. They talked about:

Output per hour under different settings
Machine adjustment for different sushi types
Maintenance steps and cleaning time
Layout options for small and medium factories
Labor requirement for daily operation

Our engineers answered these questions in detail, referencing the actual machinery on the factory floor.

Quality Inspection and Structural Assessment

The client also carefully inspected structure of our automatic sushi making machines. The focus was on stainless steel parts, conveyor design, and modular connection points. He asked about the speed of module replacement or adjustment. Our team demonstrated the structural design and changeover process on-site.

Throughout the visit, the client took numerous photos and short videos for internal evaluation purposes.

Return to Office for Further Discussion

After the tour, both parties returned to our headquarters office. In the VIP meeting room, the two parties continued in-depth discussions regarding capacity planning, factory layout proposals, automation options, pricing, lead times, and payment terms.

The client expressed a positive interest in the overall proposal. To secure favorable pricing terms, the client paid a $300 intent fee.
